Easy Returns at ModaFrames
At ModaFrames, we strive to ensure your online shopping experience is as smooth as possible. We understand that finding the perfect pair of glasses can be a challenge, and sometimes the frames you choose may not meet your expectations. That's why we have a simple and hassle-free return process in place. Before proceeding with your purchase, please review our return policy below:
Return Eligibility
- Return requests can be initiated within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
- All returned items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition along with all original accessories (if applicable). Any items showing signs of wear will be refused.
- All original manufacturer items must be included (gift box, case, cleaning cloth, pouch, booklets – if provided).
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable
- Return shipping fees are responsibility of the buyer
Return Process
- Start a Return: Login to your account, open the order and click "Request Return". You will receive an unpaid return shipping label within one business day.
- Pack Your Item(s): Ensure the product is packed securely in it's original packaging along with all the included accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Use the provided unpaid return shipping label to ship your item back. You can take the parcel to any shipping carrier of your choice.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please inspect all merchandise within 48 hours of delivery. If an item has arrived in less than perfect condition, please contact us via sales@modaframes.com
Restocking fees
We do not charge restocking fees for items returned in new, unaltered, and unused condition along with all original accessories (if applicable).
Refunds
All returns are processed within 3 business days. Refund will be posted to your original source of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
