1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of MF SEO Studio, a software application operated by Moda Frames. MF SEO Studio provides authorized business users with tools to connect supported social-media accounts and business pages, prepare and publish content, schedule publications, review engagement information, and manage comments, mentions, and messages where the relevant platform permissions are available.
By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or accessing or using MF SEO Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the MF SEO Studio Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the service.

2. Eligibility and authority
MF SEO Studio is intended for business users and authorized representatives of organizations. By using MF SEO Studio, you represent that:
- you are legally able to enter into these Terms;
- the information you provide is accurate and current;
- you have authority to act for the organization, workspace, Page, account, or business asset you connect;
- you will use the service in accordance with applicable laws, these Terms, and the policies of the connected platforms.
If you use MF SEO Studio on behalf of an organization, that organization is responsible for the use of the service by its authorized users and for ensuring that those users have the required permissions.
3. MF SEO Studio accounts and workspaces
Some features require an MF SEO Studio account, organization membership, or workspace membership. You are responsible for:
- providing accurate registration and organization information;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- restricting access to authorized users;
- notifying Moda Frames promptly if you suspect unauthorized access;
- ensuring that users invited to an organization or workspace have the appropriate role and authority.
You must not share credentials, impersonate another person, or allow an unauthorized person to use your account. Moda Frames may rely on actions taken through an authenticated account unless it has received and verified notice of unauthorized access.
4. Connecting social accounts and business assets
MF SEO Studio can connect supported services only after the user completes the applicable authorization flow and grants the required permissions.
Supported integrations may include Meta services such as:
- Facebook Pages;
- Instagram professional accounts;
- Messenger;
- Threads;
- other platforms made available through MF SEO Studio from time to time.
You may connect an account only if you have the legal authority and platform permission to manage it. You are responsible for selecting the correct account, Page, workspace, or business asset during the authorization process.
MF SEO Studio does not request or store a user's Meta password. Access is provided through platform authorization and access tokens. The connected platform may limit, revoke, suspend, or change the permissions and capabilities available to MF SEO Studio.
5. Third-party platform terms
Your use of Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Threads, and any other connected service is also governed by that provider's terms, policies, developer requirements, privacy notices, and technical limits.
You agree to comply with the applicable rules of every connected platform. You must not use MF SEO Studio to bypass platform restrictions, evade enforcement, obtain unauthorized access, or perform actions that the connected platform does not permit.
A platform may change its API, permissions, rate limits, review requirements, supported content types, or availability without notice to Moda Frames. Such changes may make some MF SEO Studio features unavailable or require you to reconnect an account or grant updated permissions.
6. Publishing, scheduling, and account actions
MF SEO Studio may allow you to create drafts, schedule content, publish posts, add comments, reply to messages, and perform other authorized actions on connected accounts.
You are solely responsible for:
- the accuracy, legality, and quality of content you submit;
- ensuring that you own or have permission to use text, images, video, music, trademarks, and other materials;
- selecting the correct account and publication destination;
- checking scheduled content before its publication time;
- obtaining any required approvals, disclosures, licenses, or consents;
- complying with advertising, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, privacy, and platform rules.
A scheduled publication is not a guarantee that a post will be published. Publication may fail or be delayed because of expired or revoked authorization, missing permissions, platform outages, rate limits, unsupported media, policy enforcement, network problems, or other circumstances outside Moda Frames' control.
You should verify important publications directly on the relevant platform after the scheduled or requested action.
7. User content
You retain ownership of content that you submit to MF SEO Studio, subject to the rights of third parties and the platform terms that apply to content published through a connected service.
You grant Moda Frames a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, transmit, format, adapt, and display your content only as reasonably necessary to operate MF SEO Studio and perform the actions you request, including storage, scheduling, publishing, synchronization, analytics, moderation, backups, and technical support.
You represent and warrant that:
- you own the content or have all permissions needed to use and submit it;
- your content does not violate law or the rights of another person;
- your content does not contain malware or code intended to compromise the service;
- your content does not violate the terms or policies of a connected platform.
Moda Frames does not claim ownership of your content. You remain responsible for making and retaining your own backups of important content and media.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use MF SEO Studio to:
- violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
- impersonate a person or organization or misrepresent affiliation;
- publish spam, scams, deceptive advertising, or harmful content;
- send unauthorized bulk messages or manipulate engagement;
- upload malicious code, ransomware, or other harmful material;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of MF SEO Studio without written authorization;
- access another user's account, workspace, or business asset without permission;
- bypass authentication, rate limits, permissions, review requirements, or security controls;
- interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or another user's use of the service;
- use the service to collect or process sensitive information unlawfully;
- use automated access except through the interfaces and integrations provided or expressly authorized by Moda Frames.
Moda Frames may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, connected platforms, the service, or the public.
9. Analytics, inbox, and synchronization
Where supported and authorized, MF SEO Studio may retrieve engagement metrics, insights, comments, mentions, and messages from connected services.
Analytics and synchronization information may be incomplete, delayed, changed, or unavailable because platform APIs may provide historical, aggregated, sampled, estimated, or rate-limited data. MF SEO Studio does not guarantee that analytics match the figures displayed directly by a platform.
The inbox is a management aid and is not a substitute for monitoring the connected platform directly. Users remain responsible for responding to time-sensitive messages, complying with communication laws, and observing platform response windows.
10. Service availability and changes
Moda Frames may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of MF SEO Studio. We may perform maintenance, apply security updates, change infrastructure, or temporarily limit access to protect the service.
We do not guarantee that MF SEO Studio will be uninterrupted, error-free, available in every location, compatible with every device, or compatible indefinitely with any third-party platform.
We may introduce new features, limits, or requirements. New features will be subject to these Terms unless separate terms are provided.
11. Fees and third-party costs
Any fees for MF SEO Studio, if applicable, will be disclosed separately before they become payable. You are responsible for charges imposed by third parties, including internet access providers, hosting providers, connected social platforms, advertising services, or other services that you choose to use.
12. Intellectual property
MF SEO Studio, including its software, design, interfaces, documentation, names, logos, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to Moda Frames and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, Moda Frames grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use MF SEO Studio for your internal authorized business purposes. You must not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, extract, or create derivative works from MF SEO Studio except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You may use Moda Frames or MF SEO Studio trademarks only with prior written permission or as expressly allowed by applicable law.
13. Privacy and data protection

You are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents required for information that you submit to MF SEO Studio or process through connected accounts.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using MF SEO Studio at any time. You can disconnect social accounts through the application and revoke access through the relevant platform settings.
Moda Frames may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to MF SEO Studio if:
- you breach these Terms;
- your use creates a security, legal, privacy, or platform-policy risk;
- a connected platform revokes or restricts required access;
- the account or workspace contains inaccurate or fraudulent information;
- suspension is necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties;
- the service is discontinued or materially changed.
Termination or suspension does not eliminate obligations that accrued before termination. Sections concerning user content, intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute provisions survive termination to the extent applicable.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MF SEO Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Moda Frames disclaims warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
Moda Frames does not warrant that:
- every platform connection or permission will remain available;
- every post, message, comment, webhook, or analytics result will be delivered, synchronized, or accurate;
- content will be published at a particular time;
- the service will meet every business requirement;
- the service will be free from bugs, outages, security incidents, or harmful components;
- any platform will approve, retain, or continue to support the application.
You use the service and connected platforms at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moda Frames and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, data, content, or service availability arising from or related to MF SEO Studio or a connected platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Moda Frames for claims arising from or related to MF SEO Studio will not exceed the amount paid by you to Moda Frames for MF SEO Studio during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you have paid nothing for the service, the maximum aggregate liability will be one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), unless applicable law requires a different amount.
These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Moda Frames and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:
- your use or misuse of MF SEO Studio;
- your content or the content you publish through a connected account;
- your violation of these Terms or a third-party platform's terms;
- your violation of another person's rights;
- your failure to obtain required permissions, consents, or licenses.
Moda Frames may assume exclusive control of the defense of a matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate reasonably with that defense.
18. Changes to these Terms
Moda Frames may update these Terms when MF SEO Studio changes, when connected platforms change, or when legal requirements change. The updated version will be published at this URL with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of MF SEO Studio after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the service and disconnect your accounts.
19. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
A failure by Moda Frames to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of the right to enforce that provision later.
20. Governing law
These Terms and any separate agreement under which Moda Frames provides MF SEO Studio are governed by the laws of the United States, to the extent applicable, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection or other rights in the user's jurisdiction remain unaffected where applicable law does not permit them to be waived.
21. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the MF SEO Studio Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular feature or service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Moda Frames concerning MF SEO Studio and supersede prior terms or understandings concerning the service.
